Built for Philippine payroll

Payroll your staff understand, and your accountant trusts.

Everyone clocks in from their phone. You approve in two taps. On the 25th the right amount lands in the right account — with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR already worked out.

No card required. Semi-monthly cutoffs, night differential, 13th month, 2316 and alphalist included.

Everyone clocks in from their phone

Clock in, break, clock out — checked against a geofence you set per work location. Night shifts that cross midnight pair correctly, and the app works on a phone, a desk browser, or a kiosk by the gate.

Every peso traces back to a punch

Daily records compute from the actual stamps: late minutes against the grace period, undertime, night differential, and overtime only up to what an approver signed off. Nothing is entered twice.

Government tables kept current

SSS 2025 contribution schedule with the MPF split, PhilHealth at 5%, Pag-IBIG, and the TRAIN withholding tables. Tables are dated, so re-running an old period still uses the numbers that applied then.

Contractors handled properly

Independent contractors are not employees. They carry no SSS, PhilHealth or Pag-IBIG, are withheld at the expanded rate instead of the compensation table, and bill output VAT when registered.

One system, from the gate to the BIR return.

Attendance feeds payroll, payroll feeds the filings. No re-keying between spreadsheets, and no month where the numbers disagree with each other.

Time & attendance

Geofenced clock-ins, shifts, rest days, holidays, night differential, biometric and kiosk devices.

Leave

The Philippine statutory set — SIL, maternity, paternity, solo parent, VAWC and more — with accrual, carry-over and balances.

Requests & approvals

Leave, overtime, official business and work-from-home, routed through approval chains you configure per request type.

Payroll

Semi-monthly, monthly, weekly or daily. DOLE premium multipliers, loans with amortisation schedules, 13th month, and bank advice files.

Statutory filings

SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG remittance reports, BIR 2316, the 1604-C alphalist, and expanded withholding for contractors.

Multi-entity

Run several registered companies under one workspace, each with its own TIN, RDO code and employer numbers — and its own filings.

Built to be checked.

Government IDs encrypted

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest, and reads of them are recorded.

Payroll you can replay

The calculator is a pure function of its inputs, so an old payslip can be reproduced peso-for-peso when someone asks.

Finalised runs are locked

Once a run is finalised it cannot be recomputed or deleted. Loan balances move only by what was actually withheld.

Try it on one cutoff.

Add your people, run a period, and compare it against what you pay today. If the numbers do not match, we want to know why as much as you do.
