Terms of Service
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern use of NextHR, operated by Nextcore Technology Inc. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of the organisation you represent.
The service
NextHR is a subscription service for Philippine HR and payroll administration: attendance, leave, requests and approvals, payroll computation, statutory contributions and BIR reporting.
The features page describes what the product does at the time of writing, including a list of what is not built. We add to it, and we will not remove something you depend on without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping credentials secure, and for who you grant access to. Permissions are yours to configure; we do not police them for you.
You must have the authority to process the personal data of the people you add, and to engage them on the basis you record — including whether someone is an employee or an independent contractor.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are priced per seat per month. A seat is a person with an active login. Trials run for the period shown on the plan, and no card is required to start one.
Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. If a payment fails, the workspace moves to a past-due state and may be suspended, but your data is retained through the retention period described in the privacy policy.
Computation and compliance — read this one
NextHR computes contributions and taxes using the published SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR tables in force for the period being processed. We keep those tables current and date them, so historical periods reproduce the numbers that applied at the time.
You remain responsible for your own filings. The service is a tool, not a substitute for your accountant. Correct output depends on correct input — the classification of each person, the rates you configure, the attendance you approve. Verify a period against your own records before you rely on it, and especially before your first live cutoff.
We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
Your data
Your data is yours. We process it to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
You can export your records while the workspace is active. On request within thirty days of closing a workspace we will provide an export of your payroll and employee records.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may make changes that improve or secure the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to hold data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or to disrupt the platform. Good-faith security research is welcome — write to sales@nextcoretechnology.com and we will not pursue action against you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including penalties arising from filings you submitted without checking them.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
Termination
You may close a workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for a material breach of these terms, giving notice and a chance to fix it where the circumstances allow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Quezon City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
